Your account: plan, billing, team and password
Change plan and billing
Path: menu Settings ("Configuración") → "Facturación y Plan"
(/settings/billing).
- At the top you see your current plan (with the "Actual" badge) and its price.
- Under "Cambiar plan" you'll see the plan cards. Use the "Mensual" / "Anual" toggle to see the annual price (with its savings).
- Click "Cambiar plan" on the plan you want: the secure Stripe checkout opens. When you finish you return to the app.
- For Enterprise, click "Contactar Ventas".
Manage your subscription
If you already have a paid plan (Starter or Pro), click "Gestionar suscripción" to open the Stripe portal, where you can update your payment method or view invoices.
You can also cancel your subscription ("Cancelar suscripción") from this page — your plan stays active until the end of the paid cycle — and, if you change your mind before that date, resume it ("Reanudar suscripción").
On this same page you also have the Add-ons (on Pro), "Uso del Plan" (plan usage) and the "Historial de Facturas" (invoice history).
Change your password
Path: menu Settings ("Configuración") → "Mi Perfil" (/settings/profile),
"Seguridad" section.
If you signed up with email and password:
- In "Seguridad", fill in "Contraseña actual" (current), "Nueva contraseña" (new, minimum 8 characters) and "Confirmar nueva contraseña".
- Click "Cambiar Contraseña".
- If you don't remember the current one, use "¿Olvidaste tu contraseña actual?" to get a reset email.
If you signed in with Google: you'll see a "Cambiar Contraseña" button that emails you a link to set a password.
Team: invite co-admins
Path: menu Settings ("Configuración") → "Equipo" (/settings/team).
You can invite other people to run your account with you. The invited person becomes a co-admin, with full access to this account (conversations, agents, billing, everything).
Invite a member
- Click "Invitar miembro" (invite member).
- Enter the person's email. They must already have a TaskersPro account (if they don't, ask them to sign up first).
- Click "Enviar invitación". They get an email with the details.
When they join your team, the invited user becomes part of your account: they stop operating their own TaskersPro account (their previous data, agents and settings are left behind). Make sure they know this before you invite them.
Member limit per plan
The limit includes the account creator:
- Free and Starter: 1 member (just you — the account is full from day one).
- Pro: 3 members (you + 2 invitees).
- Enterprise: unlimited.
If you reach the limit, the invite button is disabled and you'll see a link to upgrade your plan. See Plans & pricing.
Remove a member
In the members table, click the trash icon next to the person and confirm. They lose access to your account immediately. The account creator can't be removed (and you can't remove yourself).
