Organize contacts (Contacts and Pipeline)

Your contacts (leads) live in two views inside LeadTasker: a list (Contacts) and a stage board ("Pipeline").

Paths: LeadTasker → Contacts tab (/inbox?view=crm) or "Pipeline" tab (/inbox?view=pipeline).

View a contact's profile

Open a contact's profile from any of these places:

  • In Contacts, click a row.
  • In "Pipeline", click a card.
  • In a conversation, click "Ver contacto".

Rename a contact

Contacts that arrive via WhatsApp or web chat with no profile name show a generic name. To rename them:

  1. Open the contact's profile.
  2. Next to the name, click the pencil icon ("Editar nombre").
  3. Type the new name in "Nombre del cliente" and confirm with Enter (or by clicking outside the field).

The name you set is kept even if the customer keeps sending messages.

Move a contact through the stages

Each contact moves through stages: "Nuevo", "Contactado", "Calificado", "Propuesta", "Negociación", "Ganado", "Perdido".

  • From the profile: open the stage selector (the status badge) and pick the new stage.
  • From the Pipeline: drag the card between columns.

Optionally you can record a deal value and notes on the profile.

Add a contact by hand

In Contacts, click "Nuevo lead", fill in their details (and any custom fields you've created) and click "Agregar Lead".

Import contacts from a CSV

  1. In Contacts, click "Importar" (import).
  2. Drag your CSV file (or click to choose it). The first row must be the headers and the "Nombre" (name) column is required. Up to 5,000 rows per file.
  3. Map each CSV column to a field (name, email, phone, company, stage, source, notes, tags, deal value or your custom attributes), or mark it as "Ignorar" (ignore).
  4. Choose what to do with duplicates (by email): "Omitir duplicados" (skip), "Sobrescribir existentes" (overwrite) or "Permitir duplicados" (allow).
  5. Check the box "Estas personas me dieron su correo voluntariamente" (these people gave me their email voluntarily) only if it's true (a form, your website, a direct deal).
  6. Review the preview and click "Importar". When it finishes you'll see how many were imported, skipped or failed, with the reason for each row.
Consent and email campaigns

If you don't check the consent box, contacts are still imported and you can write to them one by one, but they don't go into your email campaigns. Never import bought, rented or scraped lists: it's the fast track to getting your email blocked.

Export contacts

In Contacts, click "Exportar" and then "Exportar CSV". It exports the view you currently have filtered or, if you selected rows, only those.

Merge duplicate contacts

If TaskersPro detects that a contact might be a duplicate, you'll see a notice on their profile:

  1. Click "Revisar y fusionar" (review and merge).
  2. Choose the contact that is kept (it wins any data conflict) and review the preview of the result.
  3. Click "Fusionar contactos" (merge contacts).

The duplicate's activities, deals, appointments and conversations move to the kept contact, and the duplicate is archived. It can't be undone from the app.

Delete contacts

In Contacts, select one or more and click "Eliminar seleccionados" (you can also delete a single one from its row or from its card in the Pipeline). The contact leaves your list along with its inbox conversations. It can't be undone, and the messages in those conversations are fully erased in about 30 days.
