Generate content with ContentTasker
ContentTasker writes your marketing content in your business's voice and context.
Path: menu AI Agents ("Agentes IA") → ContentTasker (/agents/content).
Generate content
You have two ways:
By chatting (recommended)
- Click the "Preguntar a ContentTasker" button (bottom-right).
- Type your request in the chat (e.g. "3 Instagram posts about my June promo").
- The generated pieces save themselves and appear in your library.
With the form
- Click "Crear Contenido".
- Choose the "Canal" (channel) and describe "¿Sobre qué quieres el contenido?".
- Click "Generar con IA" (or "Prefiero escribirlo manualmente" to write it yourself).
- Review and edit the "Contenido", the "Hashtags" and the Call to Action. Optionally set a scheduling date.
- Click "Guardar borrador" (save draft) or "Programar" (schedule) if you set a date.
Add an image or video to a piece
Every piece can carry its media ready to publish. On the piece's card:
- "Generar imagen" — ContentTasker creates a branded promo image (or, if you prefer, uses a Pexels stock photo, with no generation cost). You can then adjust it with "Editar diseño" (texts, background, logo, variations), which doesn't use up generations.
- "Photoshoot" — recreates your photo as a professional studio shot.
- "Animar" (animate — Pro plan) — turns the image into a short vertical video. It takes 1 to 3 minutes and you can keep working meanwhile.
- "Subir" — attach your own image (up to 10 MB) or video (up to 100 MB) from your gallery.
- "Quitar imagen" / "Quitar video" — removes the media from the piece; the text is kept.
Per account and per day you can make up to 30 image generations (Photoshoot included) and 5 videos. If a generation fails, it isn't counted.
For Instagram posts, the piece needs an image or a video.
Review and publish
Your pieces are organized into queues: "Borradores por revisar" (drafts to review), "Listas para publicar" (ready to post), "Próximos a publicar" (upcoming) and "Publicados" (published). You can filter by channel.
On each draft you have "Editar" and "Publicar" (publish):
- If the channel is connected and can publish on its own, the piece is published and moves to "Publicados".
- If not, ContentTasker hands you the text ready to copy and the piece stays in "Listas para publicar". Scheduled pieces that reach their time without a connected channel also land there (we notify you in the app, and on Telegram if you have it connected).
Once you post it on your network, click "Ya lo publiqué" (I posted it): only then does it count as published in your metrics.
Pieces generated with AI were already deducted from your monthly pieces when they were generated. A piece you wrote yourself uses 1 piece when it is published (only once). If your plan does not include ContentTasker or you used this month's pieces, the piece is not published: scheduled pieces wait and go out on their own as soon as your plan allows it, and we notify you in the bell.
If an email campaign reaches only part of your audience, the piece says so ("Envío parcial", partial send: X of Y received it) and lets you retry the rejected ones. Unconfirmed sends aren't resent: the provider may have delivered them and people would get the email twice.
A piece that is ready to post is not on your networks yet: you post it. "Ya lo publiqué" only records that you did; it does not upload it for you.
Email campaigns
If you choose the email channel, the piece is sent as a campaign to your contacts. First, check two things:
- You need your business physical address in Settings → "Mi Perfil" (it appears in the email footer). Without it, the campaign isn't sent.
- Only contacts who gave you their email voluntarily receive it (see import contacts), up to 2,000 recipients per campaign. Every email includes an unsubscribe link.
ContentTasker generates 30 pieces per month on Starter and 100 on Pro, expandable with an add-on on Pro. It generates no pieces during the free trial. Animating images into video is on the Pro plan. Generating through ContentTasker's chat also uses pieces. See Plans & pricing.
