Build your Memory and generate Assets

Build your Business Memory​

Path: menu Business memory (/launchpad).

The screen has two tabs:

  1. Chat. Talk to the agent. It asks what it needs to know about your business — who you are, who you sell to, what you offer, at what price — and saves it for you as you go.
  2. Memory. Everything the agent learned, organized and editable. You can correct any field by hand; you don't have to re-explain it to the chat.

At the top you'll see your progress across seven milestones — Founder, Idea, Market, Brand, Offer, Channels and Operations — which are marked on their own based on how complete your Memory is. Nothing to unlock and no order to follow: go wherever you want, stop and come back.

When you start, the app asks whether you already have a business or want to build one; your choice adjusts what the agent asks you, and you can change and edit everything whenever you want.

tip

The Memory never "finishes". When your business changes — you raise prices, you open a new channel — update it, and your Assets and your agents catch up with it.

Tools on the Memory tab​

Pre-fill from your website or documents​

Click "Importar de mi web o documentos" (import from my website or documents), paste your site's address and/or upload one or more documents (PDF or image, up to 10 MB each: catalog, brochure, photos). The AI fills in what it can and shows you "Revisa lo que se importó" (review what was imported): click "Guardar importación" (save) or "Descartar" (discard). What you already wrote by hand isn't replaced without asking you. The number of documents depends on your plan (3 in the trial, 10 on Starter, 50 on Pro).

History and revert​

Every time you edit your Memory a version is saved. Click "Historial" to see previous versions and "Revertir" to one of them: your Memory goes back exactly to how it was on that date (logo included), and your agents use those values from then on. Reverting is also recorded in the history, so you can undo it.

Approve your FAQ​

Based on your customers' questions and pain points, the agent can prepare a draft FAQ (you'll see the "Borrador · revisar" badge). Review it, edit it if needed and click "Aprobar FAQ": your agents don't use it until you approve it.

On the "Marca y tono" (brand and tone) card, click "Subir logo" (PNG, JPG or WebP, max 10 MB). It's used right away on your landing and in your Assets.

Business goals​

On the "Visión y metas" (vision and goals) card, under "Metas del negocio", click "Agregar meta" (add goal) and choose its horizon (90 days, 12 months or 3 years), with an optional success metric. You can also mark anti-goals (what you don't want). CoachTasker keeps them in mind when you ask about your business.

Outdated landing​

If you change something in your Memory that affects your landing, you'll see a notice to regenerate it. The new landing is saved as a draft in WebTasker: your live page doesn't change until you publish it.

Ask the chat for things​

Besides asking you questions, the chat agent can research the web (for example, your competitors) and suggest content for your Memory; you decide what gets saved.

Generate your Assets (on-demand)​

Assets ("Activos") are your business deliverables, and you can request them at any time — they don't depend on finishing any program.

Path: menu Launchpad → "Activos" (/activos).

  1. At the top you see how much of your business is "ready" and a "Mejora tu memoria" link (it goes to Business memory).
  2. Assets are grouped ("Plan y validación", "Mercado", "Marca", "Marketing y presencia", "Ventas y lanzamiento").
  3. On each asset:
    • Click "Generar" to create it from your business memory. You'll see "Generando…" and we notify you when it's ready.
    • If information is missing, you'll see how many fields are missing (Faltan N datos) with a link to Business memory to complete it.
    • When it's ready: "Ver" and "Regenerar". The landing opens or is edited in WebTasker; documents (including the pitch deck) can be downloaded as PDF.
    • In the viewer you can "Editar" (edit) text assets (changes only apply to that asset, not to your Memory) or "Eliminar" (delete) an asset (it can't be undone).
    • If you change any Memory data an asset comes from, that asset is marked "Desactualizado" (stale): regenerate it to bring it up to date. Regenerating replaces the current version, which can't be recovered. Regenerating the landing saves it as a draft in WebTasker.
tip

Assets are generated from your Business memory, not from the chat. The more complete your memory, the better your assets.
