14-day trial and plans

New accounts start on the Free plan with a 14-day free trial so you can explore the platform before choosing a plan. While it lasts, the app shows a notice with the days you have left.

What the trial includes​

  • Full Launchpad: the chat with your AI partner, your Business Memory and your Assets (business plan, brand, pricing, landing and more).
  • WebTasker: generate, edit and publish your landing.
  • LeadTasker on your landing's web chat, with up to 50 conversations per month. LeadTasker answers questions, captures contact details and escalates to a person when needed.
  • CoachTasker: up to 50 queries per month.
  • Pre-fill your Memory from your website or documents: up to 3 documents.

What the trial doesn't include​

These features need a paid plan (see Plans & pricing):

  • WhatsApp and voice calls. The Free plan has no WhatsApp messages or voice minutes, and the TaskersPro Number is included from Starter.
  • ContentTasker: it generates no pieces during the trial (Starter includes 30 per month).
  • Lead qualification and booking appointments: from Starter.
  • Automatic follow-up, appointment reminder calls, charges with approval and CoachTasker proactive alerts: Pro plan.
  • Team: the account is just for you; inviting co-admins requires Pro.
  • Connectors (Gmail, Calendar, Drive, Notion) and a custom domain.

What happens when the trial ends​

If you don't choose a plan when the 14 days are up, your account isn't deleted, but the app is paused until you activate a plan:

  • When you open the app it takes you to "Facturación y Plan" (billing), with the notice "Tu prueba gratuita terminó" (your free trial ended). Only "Facturación y Plan" and "Mi Perfil" (your profile) remain available; the rest of the app (Launchpad, inbox, agents, Assets) unlocks when you activate a plan.
  • LeadTasker stops replying on every channel. Your published landing stays online: if a customer writes through the chat, they get a neutral courtesy message. Your customer never sees an "expired trial" notice.
  • ContentTasker stops. Any content you had scheduled is kept and is published or handed to you when you activate a plan.
  • If you linked CoachTasker to your Telegram, it can keep replying to you there.
tip

Activating a plan resumes everything instantly, with no reload. You don't lose your Memory, your contacts or your conversations.

Free accounts from before the trial

Free accounts created before the 14-day trial existed have no expiration date: they keep their access with the Free plan's limits.

Choosing a plan​

TaskersPro has four tiers: Free (14-day trial), Starter, Pro and Enterprise. The main difference is in the channels and the agents' limits. Check the full table in Plans & pricing and how to subscribe or change plan in the account guide.
